The Address Boulevard Hotel

Construction of a 370m high, 72 story, 5 star hotel in Dubai Downtown, adjoining the Burj Khalifa. Currently it is the 55th highest building in the world & the 6th highest in Dubai.

Scope
Design and supply of M&E equipment for an 832 tonne self climbing jump form system covering the full footprint of the building (core, perimeter columns and shear walls). The system was designed to safely adapt to the changing floor shape during construction & supported all formwork, access stairs, worker amenities and a concrete placing boom.
Schedule
Installation of full system started midway through June 2013 & commenced climbing in early July. The system topped out in September 2015.
