Construction of a 41 floor residential building in Broadbeach, QLD.

Scope
Design and supply of a 317 tonne self climbing jump form system covering the full footprint of the building (core, perimeter columns and shear walls). The system supports all formwork, perimeter screens, access stairs, worker amenities and a concrete placing boom.
Schedule
The core system was installed in February 2017 with the full footprint jumpform being incorporated in May 2017. The structure was completed by the end of July 2018.
