Construction of a 39 floor high rise residential building with 4no. basement parking levels. The project is located in Surfers Paradise, Queensland.

Scope
Design and supply of a 455 tonne self-climbing jump form system covering the full footprint of the building (core, perimeter columns and shear walls). The jump form will be set up at basement level 4. The system supports all formwork, perimeter screens, access stairs, worker amenities and concrete placing booms.
Schedule
The system was installed during February 2023 and topped out in June 2025.
