Joint venture development between Leighton Properties and Devine Constructions, located on Kingsford Smith Drive at Bert’s Landing, Brisbane. The project comprised 3no. residential buildings varying in height up to 22 floors.

Scope
Design and supply of 3no. self climbing core jump form systems for Tower 1, 1no. large system for Tower 2 and 1 small system for Tower 3 as well as support frames for 32m concrete placing booms on all towers.
Schedule
Construction of Tower 1 commenced August 2010 and Tower 2 commenced November 2010. Both towers were completed mid April 2011. Construction of Tower 3 commenced September 2011 and was completed in May 2012
