Construction of a 40 floor hotel building on Albert Street, Auckland. At 135m is one of the tallest structures in New Zealand.

Scope
Design and supply of a 127 tonne self climbing jump form system for the lift & stair core of a double hotel development. The core jump form includes access stairs, worker amenities and a concrete placing boom.
Schedule
Installation of the jumpform was completed in October 2019 and topped out in March 2021. The project was shut down for a period in 2020 due to the Covid19 pandemic.
